Last weekend we had our first double win of the season!!! Every game day we play a double header ... and we won both games against Main Taunus :) 12-2 and 14-4. The best part of the day was just how much fun everyone was having on our team. While we did make mistakes, we ended up using them to our advance often, and no one was focusing just on the negative. Everyone was hitting well, and base running even better. I got home 3 times over the two games, including one when I was on first and someone hit me all the way home! Though part of that was luck because I thought Janita was motioning me to keep going when I got to second, but I think actually she was telling me to stop. Oops! I was also part of two double plays. Not smooth ones like we practice (throwing to second then first), but we'll take what we can get!
