Yesterday, for Father's day, my Dad and I went on another long bike ride. We took the BC Parkway all the way out to the Pattullo Bridge in New Westminster. It was a nice path, a paved bike path, but every so often it would seem to disappear for a little while. We stopped for lunch at the New West Quay. Almost froze while eating at a sandwich stand right on the water. You wouldn't think it was mid-June...

Note that we did cheat a little bit and took the sky train from Scott Rd station (B) to Broadway and Commercial (C). We couldn't quite face the full round trip. Even without biking that part we biked 45km total.
